The Canadian Coast Guard Business Plan 2008 – 2011 provides a blueprint for action for the next three years. A number of the initiatives and commitments described are responses to recent reviews and reports. Overall, the Business Plan provides the steps that we will be taking to serve our stakeholders, employees and the Canadian Public as we continue to evolve to become a true national Agency.

Canadian Coast Guard Strategic Human Resources Plan 2008/2011

The purpose of the Canadian Coast Guard Strategic Human Resources Plan 2008/2011 is to be used as an integral tool for the management of our work force and to provide a consistent national analysis of the most important trends that will impact upon our recruitment and retention. The plan is integrated into the CCG Business Plan to ensure that we will be able to meet current and future operational and organizational needs.
